Tonight I learned a valuable lesson about cooking for a big group of people. Next time I try something new, especially something that takes a while anyway, I might as well make it the day before. My BBQ pork wasn't even close to ready for my Growth Group to eat. Sorry everyone! I tasted it a while ago and it would have made some delicious sandwiches. But, thank you so much Wal-Mart (and Aric) for helping us pull through and have a successful meal, even if it was at the very last minute.
